Round 3 : * 2 sc in next sc, 1sc* repeat, join (18)

Round 4 : * 2 sc in next sc, 1sc,1sc* repeat, join (24)
Round 5-9 : * 1 sc in each sc *(24)
Round 10 : *decrease over next 2 sc, 1sc, 1sc* repeat, join (18)
Round 11 : *decrease over next 2 sc, 1sc* repeat, join (12)
Round 12 : *decrease over next 2 sc* repeat, join (6)

Stem and leaves:
